DISABILITIY AWARENESS

Mobilize your teams on disability inclusion at work through immersive educational experiences in virtual reality.

1 in 2 people will face disability at some point in their professional life — whether through chronic illness, sensory impairments, mental health conditions, or neurodivergent profiles.
That’s why this module offers an immersive glimpse into the daily experience of people with disabilities in the workplace. You’ll successively step into the shoes of individuals living with deafness, visual impairment, and learning differences (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysorthographia).
Experiencing these scenarios in the first person helps identify the best attitudes to adopt when working alongside colleagues with disabilities. It also makes it easier to understand possible accommodations and informs participants about the steps required to obtain official recognition of disability status (RQTH in France).
