LGBTQIA+ INCLUSION
Raise your teams’ awareness about the inclusion of sexual and gender minorities (LGBTQIA+) in the workplace.

Sexual and gender minorities, known by the acronym LGBT or its other variants (LGBTQIA+), refer to people who are, for example, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, or asexual—that is, those who are not heterosexual or not cisgender.
According to the LGBT+ BAROMETER published in 2024 by the association L’Autre Cercle, nearly 3 out of 10 LGBT+ employees (28%) say they have experienced at least one act of LGBT-phobic aggression at work.
For transgender and non-binary people, these acts are even more pronounced. Nearly 35% report having experienced unequal treatment due to their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, especially regarding career progression.
This module, raising awareness of LGBTQIA+ inclusion at work, aims to promote an inclusive and respectful professional environment for everyone. Through interactive scenarios, it addresses the importance of respecting diverse sexual and gender identities, focusing on dialogue, acceptance, and mutual support.
